Festo Kivengere (1919-1988), an Anglican Bishop and AE’s East Africa Leader, experienced both kinds of revolution. He escaped Uganda under threat when the brutal regime of Idi Amin had him in its sights. But he could not escape the pursuit of Jesus, who came into his life with transformative grace.
