Financial Information
African Enterprise is committed to the highest standards of financial integrity, accountability and transparency. This is demonstrated by AE’s charter membership in the ECFA, the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, every year since its inception in 1979, a Four-Star rating from Charity Navigator as well as by the Platinum Transparency Seal from Candid.
African Enterprise uses all gifts according to our donors’ designations. If a project becomes over-funded, our Board will apply gifts to similar AE projects in Africa.
In order to continue our high standards of stewardship and integrity, we reserve the right to allocate 10 percent of designated gifts toward general and administrative expenses, in line with standard nonprofit industry practice.
